Hey Chris,
I have the same problem,if I get on it real hard it feels like it is slightly pulling to the left, but only at from a dead stop,I think my ball joints are bad,but also when I get to about 75mph and let off the throttle a bit I can hear the same sound you do,I think it is the rear wheel bearings or just the sound they all make,I changed one rear wheel bearing and havent noticed it as much sense. I also have a klunck noise or a loose sound when going over speed bumps,it just sounds like the front end isn't as tight as it should be,but the rear is solid sounding. Also a sterring wheel shudder at 60 mph and above a little,I just had an alighnment last week too. Any suggestions to these problems anyone?

Start with checking your wheel bearings: jack the car up so driver front tire is completely off ground. Grab top and bottom of wheel, and move back and forth. IF there is exessive play, it could be your wheel bearings. Note: there will be a little play coming from the shock tower: that is normal.
Personally, I don't think it's your wheel bearing, but it's an easy option to check and eliminate as the cause of your problem. Have you done any hard braking with wheel lockup? If so, you could have flat-spotted your tire, which would give you a wump-wump-wump sound at speed. Hope you find your problem. -Zoltan.

Yeah i dont know what it is but i get this mild lurching It probably is something to do with wheel bearings..for one i know my tie rods are shot and i actually ahve replacments i bought at hershey (10 bucks!!!!!) but i think it may also be a wheel bearing...
Thansk aany other suggestions? -chris I havent had to slam on the brakes ina real long time...
