Whoops

Accidentally took an off ramp at 50-55 mph (it was unexpected because of the construction scenario surrounding this detour) I'm pretty amazed my car and I are still in one piece! The car started to spin out but I somehow kept a semi drift and kept control of the car... Not the first aggressive driving experience I wanted but wow

a 944 is quite agile. if you'd been in my H3 you'd be behind a tow truck right about now.

I think you found it's performance limit the hard way. Hope you don't turn all that hard work into a ball by the side of the road.

Some people try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

One of the most fun times ever I had was taking my NA to the local ballpark - which had these huge, empty parking lots at the time, and taking a bunch of 90 degree turns at about 50 MPH.

Just crank the wheel over and go with the flow.

944's are so fun, and so easily controlable. So predicatable.

I haven't done that in a while, but there are a couple off-ramps I do push it, regularly (assuming it's dry and there isn't a lot of traffic)

I wich I could get it together to do autocross!

I need to take a PCA autocross driver's Ed so I'm better with my car, I survived today but I don't know if it was just luck or if I actually have some driving know-how

Mike-tires are too expensive nowadays for that kind of fun anymore! Just pulled mine today and I'm due for a new set.

Auto Cross, is a must for these's cars, you will find your limits in a safe controlled environment, you can practice different types of turns, entry speeds, and so much more, PCA.org and find your local club, best $50 a year I spend on this car.

BRAVO James!! Everyone that owns one of these cars should auto-x. get your loved one's involved , and learn the limits of the car as well as the experience level of the driver. the instruction you will receive will make you a better, more safe driver on the street. parents with newly licensed drivers should do this

I'm trying to get my Father to sell his Shelby Mustang and buy another Porsche, he used to have a 40th anniversary 911
