924spark plug wire location on distributor cap
 

help, in the process of changing over distributor cap and spark plug wires on my 924, I have crossed the wires up on the cap. Is there a kind soul out there who can tell me which cylindar goes to which location on the cap.

There is a line on the top, outside edge of the metal distributor body, just under the cap (remove the rotor and the little plastic dust cover). That is the number one cylinder. Rotation is clockwise looking down on the dist. The firing order is stamped on the valve cover.
