Replace 84 944 front seat bottoms

I'm in need of redoing my drivers side seat bottom for my 84 944. Those THESE are for an 85 has anyone had any experience with them? Thanks, Ralph

How about THIS VENDOR, the covers look real nice but I'm wondering if anyone has ever done recovering themselves and have some advice or tech articles to share. My car is an 84 944. Thanks, Ralph

There are differences in the early and late seats. Early up to '85.1, and then late '85.5 and on. Most of the covers will not fit between the differences in models, ie, early covers will not fit late seats, etc.

Also check out Classic 9 Leather Shop Porsche Interior Restoration Automobile Reupholstery Craftsman for good fitting quality covers.

but if I bought covers for an 84 924 they would fit my 84 944 right? Also, has anyone done this themselves and is there a written procedure anywhere that I can reference? Thanks, Ralph
