I posted this on the Turbo section as well but it doesn't get the traffic and I'm excited! Just managed to pick up an 86 951 for 8k. Its got 89k on it and is damn near full showroom condition! Everything works even the air! I think i got a good deal anyone else? What did everyone pay for theirs if they don't mind sharing.

Did it come with the LR boost enhancer?

This is what $5k gets you cosmetically..It's hard to tell in the pic but the fender door and rear quarter are different shades

Looks like you got a good deal, funny enough my 944 had that same issue with the carpet pulling away on the front of the driver's side... payed a guy $20 and he glued it down and fixed the other loose interior parts lol.

i picked up a 1990 944 S2 cab with 87k mi for $5800 two weeks ago. so far i've fixed some seams on the seats, pulled some minor dings, fixed clock, detailed the car. still needs AC work.

i think you got a fair deal if everything works and the car is regularly serviced. looks like you just have some cleaning and cosmetic stuff. make sure your timing belt service has been done according to the schedule.

ebay is a great source on small parts on 944. i have bought a few things. this board and clark's garage site is very helpful too.
