944 Rear Seat Latch - Missing Hold-Down

1983 944 - The rear seat upper section has a latch on each side that is supposed to latch on to an assembly that would be bolted into the body with 2 bolts to hold the seat back in an upright position. I am missing that assembly (and mounting bolts). I do not have access to another 944 to see what this looks like or to cross-reference a part number. Any info / leads would be appreciated. Thank you.

It's called a "Locking Lug" Porsche Part # 944 522 029 00 for the left side and 944 522 030 00 for the Right Side according to my parts diagram.
