Vacuum line Placments?

How should I place the Vacuum lines? Under the Intake Manifold? Or Over?
Preferences?

Before and Afters
I'll replace 1 by 1 and try to make it a cleaner layout with a little more wiggle room for the lines to work with. Unlike the stock being so tight and no wiggle room what so ever. Lol
