1984 944 Break Rotor

I have spent hours and hours attempting to find anyone with any images or step by steps to get off the rotors off this car! Is there anyone out there with this secret knowledge?

Remove the caliper.

Remove the center nut behind the dust cover to remove the hub and bearings.

Remove the bolts and nuts in the hub that hold the BRAKE rotor to the back of the hub.

the bolts and nuts are in the webbing of the hub and can be clearly seen from the backside once the hub is off.

Replace rotor, clean everything, loctite the mounting bolts, clean and pack the bearings with fresh grease (replace the bearings if they are showing signs of wear)

Lots of info found here: Clark's Garage Shop Manual Index and in the Hayne's manual, not too mention the Factory Service Manuals

Hope this helps.

Time for someone to pony up for a manual.
