Whats causing my engine to overheat? HELP PLeaSe!

Im from the Philippines, i have a honda vtec 1998 model. Its always overheating.
I already changed the radiator cap / replaced the thermostat sensor / took out the thermostat / had the radiator cleaned / the fan is working well / radiator fluid are sufficient / engine oil is in good level / I even had the head reface and changed the head gasket , but the car still overheats! what could cause this?

He should have bought a 944, then his Honda could have been his weekend car and the 944 as his DD!!

The fact that it is a Honda and it should be parked under a tree somewhere could be part of it..

We.Dont.Like.Honda's.

Go to a Honda forum. We specify in Porsche's.
