Waterpump bolts stuck?

I'm having trouble removing my water pump bolts, I don't want to break them in the block what should I do?
Thanks for any advice.
Ahmet

make sure you tap them to wake them up. quick jerks seem to work better than steady pressure, but make sure to hold the wrench straight. an air wrench works good on these usually

Hi this may be too late but I would try hitting the head of the bolt with a hammer (dont hit hard enough to distort the bolt)
Did I mention to use some PB Blaster before hitting the bolt then get a good socket on it and first tighten the bolt only very slightly, your not trying to break the bolt only loosen it, this can be done by tightening it first,NO MORE THAN 1/16th of a turn, then try to back it out, if it starts to bind tap with the hammer and use more PB blaster, try working the bolt back N forth till it comes out...Stan

I always put sealant on the WP bolts when I reinstall. That way the EG does not get on the threads and cause a future seizure like you are experiencing now.
