Need Advice on Roof Drain tubes

I have a couple of questions here, I am on the final phase of finishing my car and I am fixing the little things.

The Roof has a rain drain path that allows the water drain away from the top to the bottom of the car. I see these old Tubes that some make connection and some don't. A Couple of questions,

A. The one on the Right side of the Car has a Y Fitting. Not sure where the other side goes to. Please see picture?

B. Can I replace these with regular Hoses or are they special sizes. What did you guys do with these.

C. Do these Tubes dump the water in the Wheel Well and the out of the car or do these tubes make actually go through the small holes in the bottom of the Wheel Well.

OK that drain off the "Y" if for the gas over flow, reach up inside and push it up and out then push the hose off the "Y" up through the hole and reconnect it, then push it back down into the hole inside the gas flap, then connect the bottom of that "Y" to another hose and at the bottom of the wheel well there is a hole that goes to the out side (looking down from the rear it is at the bottom front left side) just feed the hose out that hole (about an inch) and you are set to go. if not your wheel well will fill with water, (ask me how I know) I do not think you have to use any special holes so long as they fit the drain at the sunroof and the gas hole.
hope this helped

I too could not figure out where all the water in my wheel well was coming from until I fixed the connection by the gas cap.

Flaps

Ok, I think figured all the Drain tubes on my car. The only question I have, once the water is channeled into the wheel well, there are Flaps that go in the hole that is located in the bottom of the wheel well . I suppose it keeps the bugs out. Now, I can't find the part number for those Flaps.

Does any one know what the flaps are really called and do you have a part# for it.
