Porsche Crest Burgandy interior for N/A Early??

Question is, I have been thinking of making some changes to my car and would like to change the interior to Burgundy.. None of the early cars had this so did the 924S come with a Burgundy interior? I think that the 924S has the same interior specs as my early 1983..

Maybe it would be easier to dye all your interior to the color you want?

If I had a tan interior it might work but mine is black...And I don't think there were anything other than black and dark brown for the early years. Dark brown also does not lend itself to dying to burgundy..

the 924S didn't get a burgandy interior. you'd probably best off buying burgandy vinyl/leather by the yard/ metre and going from there. A lot of work but done well it could look very good and would be unique.

Thanks.. That maybe what I may have to do!.. BTW, love your car. Is the color custom from the factory or a standard?

Thanks, its a stock colour, liquid green metallic for 1985-1986 but have seen it on an '87 924S and an S2 as well. the front valence and the right rear guard are blended. the former is new, the latter was accident damage from a woman backing into it in a carpark. overall it needs a new paint job but looks good from a distance!
