Red face 924 1977 back wheel-shaft bearings

do the shafts have to be removed to change the bearings & do the bearings have to be pressed in? thanks

1) Shafts must be removed.

2) Wheel bearings are not pressed in, but make sure that you remove the grip rings before trying to remove the inner bearings... If you take a look at the exploded parts diagram, you will see what is necessary.
