Oil in my Intake Manifold
Been wondering if I should probably replace my AOS seals. I am about to order new AOS seals, the dipstick O-ring and filler cap O-ring. Both of the latter on my car are flat and I think the dipstick one might not even be there.. so is this normal?
![]() I do not and never have had the oil in my air box symptom. In the J-boot was a small amount of oil but wiped up with just the corner of a rag.

Some oil is normal, i wouldn't be concerned about it.
Replacing any vacuum leaks on the fill tube and the AOS hoses will help, but you will still get a light film of oil in the intake track unless you put in a catch can.

Thanks Mr. Duck. I thought since I have no record of them being replaced I should probably do it when I remove the manifold to replace those seals and re-seal the fuel injectors. Maybe I should replace those short but thick hoses I see under the manifold and TB area
