Howdy..
I kept rewinding to 1:20 - 1:28 so I could hear that sweet 4 do its thang..
Do you remember your rpm shift points there?
And boy does North Carolina ever look like Virginia ..
Good stuff, film more on some twisty roads.
(But stay safe as all Porsche pilots are required to be)
Cheers... Mikey

I will film more as I am just learning the camera and best place to mount it. It may not look like it but I was never over the 55 speed limit. My shift points after the turn around was only 4500. This was on my road and in rush hour traffic. Gaw, music? Then you can't hear the motor and trans. Funny but I hardly ever play the radio in this car.

Try with the windows up, I hear more wind noise than engine!

Beautiful countryside, reminds me of Wisconsin.

Surely, Gaw's tounge-in-cheek request reveals how frustrated we true car fans get when youtoobers ruin their car's valvetrain & exhaust symphonies with trashy techno musical atrocities..
Its nice to hear the engine note in your vid OP..
Rock on y'all..

its quite hard to get rid of noise with a gopro, even with the windows up. and then if you can hear anything the actual sound quality is not very good. i have a spare case that I will drill so i can plug an external mic and a charger in while i drive.

if you don't have one get the sucker mount and get some outside shots from the front of the drivers door forward taking in the wheel, always looks good and give a better element of speed.

personally unless the sound quality is any good ditch the crackily background / wind noise for a sound track!

Awesome pointers, I did have the open back on this time, and the windows were open it was hot. I will get the suction mount next.

The suction mount is the best add on for the driving I have found. A few good mounting places

The rear window facing forward, this will give kind of a drivers 1st person view.

On the side of the car, behind the wheel well facing forward. This will give a cool perspective of the wheel and suspension acting in reference to the frame. of the car.

On the roof

On the hood right behind the hood emblem. The fish eye lens will get the crest in the shot and it will look really cool.

Regards
Dave
