No start issue - maybe related to factory alarm?
 

I had the car painted last year, and had the factory alarm removed from the fender, but now it's just kind of laying on the floor, as well as two wires (two additonal wires) that have female terminations(yellow and brown w/yellow stripe). It ran fine after that, but then two things ocurred. First, I removed/installed the radiator, and, I removed one wire from the alarm device, and the alarm went off, so I plugged the wire back in, and the alarm stopped.

So, my question is, would create a no start situation? Does the alarm need to be reset or something? How do I remove the alarm key thing so it's not laying on my floor?
