3rd Small guage
 

What is the 3rd small guage on some of the early 944's on the center console? It is in the spot for the air conditioner control. I saw it on the prestige parts web site. They sell a guage face kit that comes with 6 faces. What do you use the 6th one for?

i dont think that was stock( the three gauges mine is two with the airconditioner knob in middle and i have an 84

I think all US spec 944s came standard with a/c. On ROW 944s, a/c was optional. A voltometer gauge was put in place of the a/c control on a/c delete cars.
