Fixed seat advice

I am looking for advice on changing from my current stock seat to a fixed seat back. Do you know what the angle is for the seats in the 968 Club Sport? Are you using fixed seat back in your 944? What seat? What angle?

I am wanting to improve lateral support, lighten my load, maintain some comfort and hold spending down.

I really like the Corbeau racing seats. Entry-level model with steel-frame/fibreglass-shell goes for about $200. Used one in my daily-driver/weekend-track 951 for about 6-years. Certainly not as much padding as stock seats, but then again, I'm used to sitting on a bicycle for 3-4hrs a day from 10-years of racing.

You would really also need a rollbar/cage to go with a fixed-back seat though. In a rollover situation, the stock seats will give and flatten out. A fixed-back seat won't and you'll end up with much worse injuries.
