Bear Mountain NY run 10/5/13

I have a Porsche Club run to Bear Mountain, NY, 10/5/13, 8:30 off by 9am, Burger King 1058 High Ridge Rd, Stamford, Ct 06905. last year we had 32 Porsche's. open to all, you will have to sign a Porsche club Waiver, directions given at the start, morning bathroom break, lunch stop after Bear and some great Porsche roads

Have you installed the brakes you got from Jeff?
Any shorter stopping distances?

G-d I am jealous. Ex- NY'r recently reminiscing about Bear Mountain. There was an old song too by Bob Dylan Bear Mountain Picnic Massacre Blues. Down here in South Florida all we have are a few good exit & on ramps of the Fl Turnpike. No mountains. Have fun for us.

Not yet, have to get street pads (came with track pads) but will post when I do.

rode Sport Bikes on these roads for 27 years so the 944 was a natural progression, did a dry run in my Subaru Friday and even that was fun

what time will you reach bear mtn? I am close to there and would like to come see some p-cars. What route will you take to get there? Tappan zee to the palisades, or over the bear mtn bridge ?

we should hit top of Bear 11:30-12 and coming 301 to 9 south to the BEar Bridge (past Camp Smith and Tank) hope you can make it
