Strut questions
Howdy. At one time I owned a 86 944 and had plans to autocross it. I bought a few suspension mods that I never installed. Sold the car about 6yrs ago and thought I sold off all the go fast stuff. Fast forward to a few days ago I found a pair of new koni adjustable strut inserts I had stashed away in a cabinet.
I place those for sale in the classifieds here and received a question if they will fit 83-85 struts. I did some research and I believe all struts were the same through 88? If so, then these should fit 83-85 944, yes? Thanks for the info

The later struts may need to be modified to use inserts, but yes I believe it should work.

The inserts you have will fit all na's 82-86.
87+ use different inserts and only then if mods are carried out to the struts. |
