how do u remove relay plugs from fuse panel is there some kind of tool thanks

No special tool. Just wiggle and gently pull. And wiggle. And gently pull.

Ah, I see. They slide/clip in, but I can't recall exactly how they're retained. Plastic tabs IIRC. Sorry, I don't have my spare in my hands.

a small pick/thin screwdriver to pry the metal tab on the connector down and they'll slide out.
