*Rennbay headlight harness HELP

Hi all,

Lost the instructions for the new harness so I'm consulting the pelican brain trust for some help.

Can A go to any old socket plug? Most likely the driver side, as it is the closest to the rest of the wiring.

Where does the 12v power lead connect to on the alternator? The B+ or the D terminal? If I even have that correct, was just trying to find out with some quick google searching.

A goes to the DS headlight harness plug.
C goes to the big lug on the back of the alternator.

Thanks v2, didn't know which lug to connect it to. Going to take a picture of the lighting tonight before I install the harness.

And correction made.

Well that alternator bolt, is seized...

Any suggestions aside from penetrating oil? I can't get a wrench behind the back but to hold it steady. I fear if I apply to much pressure on the first nut without holding the nut behind it, the stud will snap.

All else went great with the kit

You sure you got the right stud? It's the one with the BIG FAT CABLE going directly to the battery's +cable.

Drip some PB-blaster onto the nut and let sit for a couple hours.

Easy way to get wrench in is to rotate and push the rear-cover down and towards the left. This frees up some space directly behind the nut. I like to use a short 1/4"-drive ratchet with 13mm socket.

Cut an old 13mm to about 3 inches. It can fit in the space but doesn't seem to want to go around the nut still. Anyone else have any idea's for getting it off?
