Wink

I had one with the same factory options. The radio gets reception 3x's better than before. rearward visions is twice as good , as well as downforce on the rear. some serious understeer. I did not like the tail lights though. Bulb replacement was a major expense.

Almost three months ago just a couple of weeks after I got the replacement engine in and running.

Was on PCH in Newport Beach during the week heading to the dealer to get a couple of obscure weather strip pieces when I was SUV'd at a signal right in front of the exotic car dealer.

I've always keep an eye in the rear view mirror at busy intersections and there the little dear was in her parent's Ford Expedition turned to the right jawing with her friends. As traffic was just starting to move forward I tried to keep up then realized that she had not seen me and I started to pull into the center turn lane as fast as I could.

Just as the big white hood of the SUV was disappearing in my rear view mirror I saw her turn and see me! Her mouth opened so big you could stuff a 2 liter soft drink bottle in it. With me moving forward and into the center turn lane as fast as traffic would allow and her hitting the brakes we have $3,000 worth of damages.

Took over two months to get AllSnakes to pay off.

I have been told about a couple of back alley places that will fit the back clip I have and paint it for less that a thousand.

I understand that these tail lights use fluorescent bulbs.

Maybe if you spent less time Photoshopping images of my 968 you'd be able to focus on traffic and not wreck your car.

Trev,

I was going to just let your immaturity slide.

Everyone that says he's your friend on Rennlist and on 968.net where you have whined about this has told you point blank to chill out.

I strongly suggest you take their advice.

Pot calling the kettle...? Yep.

Immaturity is best described by your pitiful attempts to get attention and naming the files things like 'bite-me.' I found it ridiculous that you bumped the Rennlist thread too just to troll for more replies...sorry you didn't get them. Working on a 944 bumper was a weak-assed lie you made just to lure more listers into your foolishness. Good ridance.

You are totally off base my immature lad.

But then again you are entitled to show the world your "better half". Just don't let your vanity get in the way.

I still think you would be better off with a "real" Porsche as you exhibit all of the emotional requirements to be an egotistic 911 owner.

PorscheG96,
For extra real dude -- chill out!! There was nothing in SoCal's post that should have cranked you up -- geeez are you sensitive or what! Are you secretly AMAF! SoCal likse spoofing with the photo shop... so what! It's your car ... so what! You should be proud he thinks your car is 'worthy' of using as a baseline. If you hadn't made such a big deal of it nobody would have noticed!

Use exclamation points much? So who should chill?

And yes, I truly find it annoying that he ruins my work [yes, work goes into the pictures I take and I put pride in them] both times I've posted images of my car in the last year. Last time I simply PM'ed this dink to ask where he got the images that he Photoshopped, and he wasn't sure...I was going to avoid posting them there again. Oh well, if looking at rice and poor Photoshopping floats your boat...

never thought...

...i'd agree with shaun. let's just chill here and leave the immaturity for where it belongs, rennlist. it's a nice car and the "push me" photoshopping was funny, but if it offends, then let's just stop & be nice.
