New Battery 1983 Porsche 944
I need a new battery. I have found an Interstate, mtp 48 h6 battery. It meets the 6.88 width measurement but it is 7.5 inches in height. Does this fit a 1983 Porsche 944? Thanks. JBC

That's a bit smaller than the original battery. But it would fit given the dimensions. Make sure the terminal placement is correct.

Looking at the Interstate website, the terminal placement is correct... Man, those are expensive!!!

The last one I bought was from Napa and it was like $95. Its their legend series and is a direct fit.
