Couple of days fabrication and it works great.
thanks again to Mark from Abbotsford for donating the vent. http://www.user.dccnet.com/lmason/boost.jpg |
Never thought of putting one there, but surprisingly, it works - doesn't look bad at all either.

Looks nice. I think I still like a pillar pod better. (No Offense.) I am thinking outloud. I have to get a boost gauge. What made you go with that instead of under the radio or a pillar pod?
Thanks Thom |
This is a real easy to see position, the radio area is hard to watch when you are on it.
Pillar pods just didn't cut it for me, I looked at a few and the look was not what I wanted. This is almost transparent when you first look at the dash, the insert is made from black ABS with a textured finish, and is just a touch shinier than the dash so the camera flash does not do it justice. the plumbing was also easy to hide. thanks Lance |
You actually have the time to look at the gauge while under bost??
I don't. Things happen fast when mine pushes. That is why I am an advocate of the tell-tale gauge. GeorgeK |
