Question 928 Wheels

Does anyone have any experience using 928 wheels on a 944.

I was wondering if there would be any clearance problems. At present my 944 has 15" phone dials with 215-60-15. I was going to use 225-50-16 on 1983 928 wheels.

Should anyone wonder, I'm not using the wheels off my other car, I have a chance to pick up a set from an "82.

TIA

Check the back spacing. Wife's 924t has 928 type disk wheels with 225-50-16 rear & 205-55-16 front.

Thanks Drew, that sounds like a good setup on your wife's car.
