Images of a Reverse/Rear Camera mounted?

Hello All,

Would anyone have any images of a Reverse/Rear Camera mounted on their 944?
Looking for a non-obtrusive install.

Rear looking camera

How about a towel bar mounted GoPro oriented aft?

This is what I have to work with.

I'd just drill hole in the middle of the rear bumper and let the lens poke through...or if that's too much, drill through the rear panel between the license plate lights.

Or get really trick and remove the rear hatch lock cylinder and put the camera there and come up with a new way to open the window :)

The wife wants to drive it more and mentioned a concern for the camera. After much talking and more talking we now have the camera. So time to install it already.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1411704132.jpg

Since you have the reflector thing there I'd install it behind that with a small peephole in the middle below the letters.
Where is your screen going to be though? Some newer cars with backup cameras have the screen integrated into the rearview mirror! Really cool!

Sounds like a good idea!
Got this online awhile ago.

Thanks to the XDA forum the device is now rooted, so you can install additional apps on it. All in all it has a 5inch screen for viewing the front and rear cam at the same time, with a few others bells and whistles.

There are two types of reflector plates".
One with lights and one without lights.

Mine is the much thicker one with lights and it seems already tight enough in there in terms of adding something more.

Looks like I will have to do some more inspections to pull off this install.
