Stub Axle - did you bend or break yours?

Neither, but for a past 6 month I have changed wheel bearings twice! And all this noise starting again. While my mechanic was changing the bearing (because of the noise), he noticed that bearing would not 'stick' to this stub axle but rotate on it. So he but a bearing and temporary fixed it, so I could drive it for a while.
He also said that the housing in the arm itself is not so good and maybe I would have to change it as well :(
But first I want to try changing this stub axle
