What a Good Find!!!
I was pulling the center console apart to replace the blower motor switch in my early 85 today and came across a neat owners card that was wedged between the top of the center console and the dash. I have the original window sticker, owner's manual, warranty book, dealer add on sheet, EPA sheet, and PCA stickers. This led me to believe the car was once well cared for. I always wondered who bought the car new and what they looked like, what they did etc. I found this card and looked up the original owner's name only to find that he had passed on. Seems he was a doctor and a respected member of his community. I have never seen anything like this and its going straight into the owner's booklet in the house where it belongs.

That's pretty cool. My last name is Hicks, and I've lived in Chattanooga, and still have family there. I've been looking for a John Hicks license plate frame for some time now. I'll let you know if I come across one.

I got all the original documentation and manuals, window sticker, dealer warranty card (like the one you found), and the original sales contract (guy traded in a 1988 Thunderbird for the 1989 944)...he was a attorney who even drove from his home in El Centro, CA to Hoehn Porsche (where he bought the car) in Carlsbad, CA (about 150 miles) to have a coffee stain removed from the white carpet. Needless to say, the car was very well maintained when I bought it....love anal car people!

That's pretty cool.
I wish they had kept the stuff from my car. I do have the owners manual, and the service book though. Looks like it maintained quite well for the first 15 or so years, after that it probably switched hand many times, leaving it a huge mess in meed of everything.
