Hi guys, I'm new here so hopefully this works out. I'm 17 years old and this past summer I picked up a 1987 Porsche 924s that had been sitting for about maybe 12 years. It was free from a family friend, but not close to running. Now after fixing numerous electrical problems, and replacing the head gasket, I am still getting water/coolant in the oil making the oil very frothy. Could this be happening in the oil cooler? or are there some common issues with this? I'm just hoping its not a cracked block.

Coolant in oil is almost always the oil cooler seals. Cheap to replace but a pia to do and you should change the rod bearings and flush the engine at the same time.

Thank you very much. I just watched this video I found elsewhere on the forum, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yoiZIDFtEY, and now I'm just wondering, would I need that special tool to align the holes for the oil pressure relief valve? Or is it possible to

Best practice at this point would be to pull the engine, inspect the clutch, change the bearings and do a reseal.
Not a small task, but worth it in the long run.
