Thrump when cornering
I have a thrump thrump noise from the right rear when cornering. It is on the 87S car with the flatdish 16" rims, with an oversize tire (225/50-16) on the rear. Accordingly these are the correct offset for a late car, and one tire size over stock is permissible. Could it be the wheel tire setup causing it or should I look elsewhere?

Check in order of easiest to fix.
Wear from tire making contact with body. Lugnuts Tightened correctly. Wheel Bearings tightened Correctly. Next would be your axle joints.

I bought a car with loose cv bolts that was thumping as I turned. I tightened the bolts and never heard a sound again.
