I noticed driving my 944 today that the clutch was feeling lighter than normal and whenever I went to shift it was noticeably notchy. I replaced the slave cylinder last year and it appears to still be in working condition. I haven't noticed any loss of fluid from the reservoir. Is it the clutch??? I was also thinking the master cylinder, but I haven't noticed any loss in fluid. Any ideas???

Master cylinders can fail by leaking the fluid past the seals under pressure. This will not result in a leak.

How are you with a set of wrenches? I'd say replace the blue hose, high pressure line and master cylinder (would have done all that when I did the slave, but that's just me). If you still have issues those should be replaced during a clutch job anyway, so no loss!
