1992 - 944S2 CABRIO on PET?

Silly question - on my PET cd it doesnt seem to show a 1992 / 944s2 ?????

A guy mailed me to get a part number for his car and i could not find it - Can somebody please tell me if there was a 1992 / 944 S2 cabrio???

Officially, no.

944 production stopped in 1991. That said, there does seem to be a few 1992's floating around.

Go with the 1991 part numbers.

As mentioned previously, 944 production ended in 1991 as the 968 was introduced as a 1992 model in late 1991. Any 944 that is around might have been first licensed in 1992 but will be a 1991 model. Check the VIN number and use the 1991 parts listing.

I think what use to happen is that Porsche required their dealers to license or register cars in stock before the end of the year so that this didn't happen.........
