AC Compressor Help
Greeting from Thailand. I need help on AC system.
My current AC setup was modified by PO and is about to die. It's impossible to drive without AC system here and it’s a good time for me to restore the AC system back to original. However, the early style AC compressor (Denso 6E171) is not available in my area, but late style AC compressor (Denso 10P15) is widely available. Will the late style AC compressor (Denso 10P15) work on an early car, if I change the crank AC drive/pulley to the later version one? What is the part number of late version crank AC drive/pulley? Many Thanks!

I wouldn't go that route. The 6E171 is a much better compressor. Here are the parts that you will need to rebuild the 6E171.
Santech part #'s, anyone world wide that is worth their salt in the compressor business can cross reference the part numbers. Clutch bearing : MT2022 Case seal kit : MT2137 Shaft seal : MT2040 (lip style) I doubt there is anything else you will need.
