!983 Front Calipers

Hi all,

I am looking for a set of Front Brake Calipers for the 1983 Porsche 944 and it seems you can ONLY buy the driver side caliper; no one seems to have the passenger side. Can anybody tell me why that is so?

Thanks

I looked at two places on line and they both offer left and right sides fronts and rears remans .
how ever I will not state the two sites I went to but I would say try looking a little more .
61 dollars with a 10 dollar core charge .

In terms of time, I couldn't rebuild a 944 caliper for $40.

I did a little research on this a few months ago. From what I gathered, the calipers are the same for all early 944's. The difference is that Porsche changed manufacturers in 1984. The calipers are listed as temporary unavailable at our host, but they are available at a lot of different websites. Just google 944 parts and I'm sure you'll find a few.
