Lindsey Racing releasing NA Tune?
So I was just browsing around on LR and decided to see if there were any updates to the Rouge kit that was supposed to be sold by LR after Josh stopped making/distributing them...and what would you know, you go to the MAF NA Tune and it says there is an expected release of Jan 2016 944 NA TUNE MAF KIT at LINDSEY RACING - Your Porsche Performance Parts Center
I know a lot of people(including myself) have been looking for this tune(hopefully its the Rouge one) in some places, hopefully LR doesn't screw it up or jack up the original price. I know there are very mixed thoughts on LR in general but figured this would be interesting to some people.. |

...or you can get mine along with the DME tuner and DME logger shipped tomorrow
 looking for $850 "this week only"...these parts were $1100 from Rogue. FS feeler, Rogue NA-tune setup. |

All the hardware, software and stuff was designed by Rogue for Lindsey to mass-produce.
I think Rogue still actually makes all the chips. Or has shared his methods with LR. Lindsey makes the pipes and stuff for it to go into the car. This has been a long time coming, Rogue got LR's help with this because he is extremely short on free time with real job, wife, newborn child, life... His 944 hobby comes last. |

I'm pretty stoked, gotta say. Just about as soon as I was ready to order one from Rogue, he stopped selling them. :P
I would just sell the wife and child...

It's alive! Just have to scrounge $600 from the couch cushions...
I am wondering about emissions, though. Will this kit affect emissions tests?

You will need 25w-60 motor oil to run that setup.
Interesting, I have one of the original NA kits and it did not include the adapter sleeve, I wonder where I can get one? Last edited by djnolan; 06-11-2016 at 10:56 AM.. |
