Rear Swaybar

I just bought a nice rear swaybar for my 944S. Problem is though, my 944S never had one. Anyone know where to purchase mounts or what the part numbers are of the mounts I will be needing?

Thanks.

Good Luck

If you already had a rear bar, the only parts that you would need are the rubber pieces that mount the center of the bar, 2 of them, 477 411 313 B. All of the other hardware, can be taken from a donor car except the offset studs that go through the rear susp arms can be a pain to get out & take care of allignment, too. You may want to get 2 new ones, 477 511 515. I would probably want to replace the lock nuts with nyloc nuts from a hardware store that has metric.

Pelican used to have a link to parts diagrams, for early 944. You can check rear axle, dampner & stabilizer to get a breakdown.

roastin has gave you a source, if you are on west coast be sure & try Pelican. PAP & Hendrick Porsche is good in southeast.
