Question 944t cycling valve?

I am looking for a way to hold boost build up before releasing pressure signal to waste gate on 924t. Have considered Lindsey boost enchancer, but this looks like just a relief valve to me. I would like a normally open three way valve, so that it would fail open & send the signal to the waste gate. Also it would not hold preivious boost pressue on the waste gate when it closed, it could send it out the third port.

The two ways I know of are a 12V solenoid NO 3 way valve such as Asco or Parker, or the 944T cycling valve. I am thinking that the 944t cycling vale might be more suited to an underhood environment.

Does anybody know the duty cycle for this valve (time on with 12V closing compared to time off)? It seems that I have heard or read some about hertz concerning this valve, does this mean a pulsing instead of steady 12V DC?
