coil wire autopsy

This ain't right.

Anyone have a used coil wire they want to sell until I can determine if the car is even worth a $150 set of wires?

I wonder if that metal will weld?

Your local auto parts store sells individual wires. Get one with the correct ends, regardless if it's for the coil or spark plug number one.

Wish it did. They don't. The coil wire has this male end that fits into the coil. There's nothing like this in their repertoire, which isn't saying much maybe. I made one of an old plug wire for the time being. It works, i have spark, no fire yet though.
