Drivetrain & Fuel System Cutaways
I snapped some reference pics, sans bodywork, to help trace my fuel odor and sort a sloppy shifter on my S2 at the Porsche museum. Thought I would share if it can help someone else.

What and where is this Porsche museum you speak of?

Another thing I wonder:
The fuel hoses are covered by a metal cover with polyurethane sealant to prevent odors leaking out. Not a direct quote but it's the idea. How much fuel odor then can be expected in a like-new 944? Is the cover in place to prevent odor after many years? |

Wonderful pictures
Did you take any other pictures? If so, please post those as well.

@ Bukowski: Museum is in Stuttgart. There is a factory tour as well.
