Pelican = SERVICE
Hi,
Last year i ordered a complete bearing-set from Pelican for my 951. When i got the set all looked ok, but i noticed that they included three outer and only one inner bearing. I emailed them to say that the order wasn't right, and rightaway they told me they were sorry and would send me the right one right away. Now that's good service. But the best thing is: i didn't have to return the wrong one and they shipped the other part for free. This was just great, because i live in The Netherlands and it would be pretty expensive to send it back etc. They thought about their oversea costumers and just told me that they would pay for everything! Great stuff, thumbs up for Pelican and their trust in costumers!! |

They also sell parts for other cars. Purchased a pan gasket for my 400E a few weeks ago. Good price, good service. Gasket is on the car already.
