Correct order of repairs

Ok so our turbo has the milkshake oil so I am figuring to do the head gasket, oil seals, and the crank bearings. What should be the correct order so I don't contaminate anything that I would just have repaired. Pics to show my sons birthday present.

since youre draining oil and coolant to do these jobs anyways no real risk of cross contamination.
easy to do the oil cooler with the head (and headers) already out of the way, and will be WAY much easier if you remove the lower balance shaft bearing (ps pump hanger) when you do the oil pan drop for rod bearings.
