When you lower a 944 with lowering springs does the top of the wheels turn in diagnolly?? If it does what can be done to get the tires flat on the ground??

I assume you mean the camber changes with lowering springs. Yes it changes but also the 944 allows for adjusting the camber to whatever you want. Adjustment is performed when you fit the suspension back on. Around -0.75 degrees will be OK.

Very true. You will need a camber and corner balance adjustment. If you just do the camber the braking can become uneven in the front, therefore coner balancing in necessary.

Lack of camber adjustment is why you frequently see Honduh's and Nissans with the incorrect wheel camber that you described.

If your really serious about lowering check out the coilover kits at "paragon products." Then you can adjust whenever you like using a simple spanner wrench.

Does anyone know much about those coilovers at Paragon. Will they outperform putting 250# welts on the front with Koni adjustables. Also what about the rear coilovers at Paragon?

Having had both, "adjustable" and "adjustable/coilovers" I can tell you that the coilovers are vastly superior.
