Washer Bottle Upgrade

No the most exciting of upgrades but a few more kgs shed of the weight.
The Porsche water bottle when full as you can see is going to be at least 5 kgs.
Replaced with Mini 1/2 litre water bottle. Neatens things up nicely under the hood.

There's some roads here in FL where you wouldn't get 5 miles without having to use the washer to remove bugs. Using just the wipers make things a lot worse and there ain't a lot of gas stations on those roads. I've used a whole tank on some trips.

Paper towels, but no squeegees..if they're not tied down, they grow legs.

The 924 (not the S model) came with a reservoir that can't be more than a litre. I used it in my Chrysler Crossfire once it became apparent that the original tank would be in the way of the Lambo hinges that were to be installed.

Nicely done!

I changed my leaking early bottle in my '86 to the '88 type. I'm still tempted to put a hole to the right inside guard to change to the 968 type.
