DME rebuild/remanufacturing?

Guys,

Hope everyone is doing well.

Why would you recommend to rebuild a DME for a 1087 Porsche 951?

Thanks
Paul

Focus 9 is where I would send my DME for repair/rebuild. They have completely redesigned the DME to use modern components and reduced the size to a single board. I have one of their solid state DME Relays and have had no problems with it.

Unless you've got your reasons to stick with the original DME, I would also consider a plug-n-play VEMS ECU instead.
