Father Son Project Ď86 944

So about a two years ago my wife allowed my son and I to purchase a rough but running Ď86 944. Car started life in San Diego, havenít gotten full ownership history yet. Also had stamps in the warranty book up to 74,000. Currently showing 137,784, of course it was not functioning.



We (mostly me, but thatís another story) put it in my shop and started the great rebuild!

Very nice! I am just finishing a much smaller father/son project (99% father). He'll be taking it back to school after the holidays. Western Michigan University, thus the snow tires.

Nice to both of you. I'm green with envy on the father/son thing. Yes, Glenn - your son will need snows on the steep streets here and there around Kalamazoo. Coach him to never turn onto one of those steep things if traction is iffy. There's nothing (well a few things) quite so terrifying as creeping downhill and running out of traction. The acceleration of gravity is not going to end well. I also love the color. A couple beautiful cars, Dads!!
