It's a sheild that gets bolted to the bellhousing.

The picture is accurate even down to the angle. Once you get the bellhousing loose and remove the two bolts it will slip out.

Ok thanks! My damn uncle helped me take of the bellhousing, by the time I came outside he took it off and didn't see where it came off. He moved out of my house and now I have to put back everything. My first time doing a clutch job.

I don't think the bellhousing has to be loose to remove it, just fyi

Probably not, mine was wedged in there pretty tight on my 85.5, but fell out of the 87. Could have been a freak thing on the 85.5.

I have an uncle that did that.. but it was with a bike.. he had great weed though.. as for part 21 it is a sleeve that bolts onto the bell housing see the mounting holes above 20?.. that's where ir gets bolted on, (same on other side) most of the time these bolts unscrew, and it just sort of get stuck... so check em.. clean em, and re-attach with thread lock.. check periodically....
