Here is the solution for $$$ OEM 924/944 heated washer sprayers
If yours are like mine and cracked off, you (like me) may not want to drop $40 each for new OEM heated washer sprayers, and junkyard ones are always just as brittle at this age. Really no good used ones on ebay either.
After a bit of trial and error (hint: Jetta/Golf washers are too small and fall through the holes!) I found a simple and inexpensive solution: the OEM sprayers from the 1998-2012 987 Boxster and or 996. These are also heated (though you have to splice wires since they have a different plug). They don't fit the factory holes, but the holes need some minor enlarging with a dremel and then they're a perfect fit. They also have a "fan" style spray, which is much better than the two single streams on the original nozzles. You can find these nozzles in good used condition on ebay for about $10 each (they are new enough that they aren't brittle), vice 3-4 times that much for the 924/944 nozzles. The only downside is that the connector for the hose is straight down, not to the side, so the hose doesn't tuck in quite as well to the opening. It's under the hood though, so who cares except car-show people.... Here's a comparison of our stock nozzles with the 987/996 nozzles ![]() Made a quick template in some cardboard to check the fit, then traced it on the original openings: ![]() ![]() Dremel along the black lines and it'll pop right in! ![]() Spray pattern

yeah, the interchange part number on the ebay auction said 996 628 077 03. Not sure if the 03 at the end is different from the 00. The ones I got didn't come in packaging since they were used, so can't confirm.
