I have a set of 16X7 from an 1983 944 (early offset). They are straight with almost no curb rash, but due need to be refinished.

Greg,

I need 15x7's, not 16's. Is this what you've got? Is that offset the same as for a 911?

Thanks,

David

They are the 23mm offset. I think they match the early 911 offset.

But are they 15 or 16 inches in diameter?

They are 16. I am just trying to get you to upgrade to a larger wheel. I understand if they do not work. I just thought I would offer them.

Thanks,
Greg

Greg,

Thanks for the info. I don't have any interest in 16's. For autocross they really aren't an "upgrade" aside from looking good on the car. I've been down the 16 inch road but the effect isn't good on an 86hp car!

Thanks,

David

What offset do you need?

I've got a set of 15x7 with a 52mm offset off the later 944s.

I just need one or two to fit the front of my 912 with the stock fenders. My brain isn't working tonight, would the 944 offset make the wheels sit in or out more?
