Glenn,

Tom here from Colorado...I bought some fenders from you a while ago.

I still need a set of sunroof drive cables, and I also need a speedometer.

Do you have these on hand?

1)sorry, the air flow meter is gone.
2)Tom, are the sunroof cables a seperate part? I can't find them on the Porsche PET CD. All it shows is an "assembly kit". For the speedo, does $40 sound ok? Glenn

Glenn,

That sounds good for the speedo, do you know if the odometer is working on it?

The sunroof cables probably won't show up on the PET CD. When I asked the dealer for a price and part number, what came up was "cable kit", like you said. The cable kit, as it turns out, is a modification kit to go from the old style drive system to the new style drive system, and it costs about $400 that I don't want to spend if I don't have to.

The old style system has a single gear assembly in the center of the inside of the roof, behind the headliner and up against the rear hatch. The new style has a gear drive on each lifting post that raises/lowers the sunroof.

I need the old style if you have it. I just need the cable assemblies and main gear drive, not the motor or anything.

ok, give me a couple/few days to tear that sunroff apart. Meanwhile, I will pull the speedo and test the odometer. Glenn

we took the one that was in the car and put it in a customers car as his was bad for some reason (I don't remember what the specific problem was with his). I have the bad one if you need it for a core or something....

the car was hit on the right rear, so the front fenders are pretty nice. We're asking $75 ea or will make you a better deal if you want both. The car is a bluish/silver color and the clear coat is pealing, so I would count on repainting.....

you should be able to install the fender yourself. Where are you located? Shipping may be cost prohibitive. I'd be glad to post a picture if you could tell me how to do so.....

the car had cookie cutters on it. There are only 2 of them left. The seats are just plain, high back cloth. we're asking $75 for the pair of seats and $100 for the pair of wheels.

Right, shipping could be a lot. It looks like your in California, and I'm in Pennsylvania. How much do you think that would be? To post a picture just click the attach file button and locate the file on your computer.
